OUR AGENCY
Funded in 2012, CEO of Tax Alphas realized that there was a high demand for tax preparation Nationwide. Traveling throughout the United States and visiting many states like Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina she saw that many places only had one or two companies to cater to the population in each town.
This gave her the idea of expanding her services and expertise to other professionals in other towns. With her desire and that of a strong team they trained many professionals to become tax preparers and be able to both make income and grow at their own pace and to spend time with their families by setting up a blueprint that is designed to succeed in both family time and career.

WILLIAM GHERSI
Co-Founder & Owner
William Ghersi is the co-founder of Tax Alphas. He started his carrier in the finance field working for a Fortune 100 company with over $330 Billion in assets as a financial advisor, quickly earning his 214 License and working with clients to effectively plan for their future. Although the income was good, he knew money was not everything in life and he quickly found himself unmotivated by the pressure of having to sell to clients as opposed to really helping clients to their best needs.
JAGNINET CACERES
Founder & Owner
Jagninet Caceres is the founder of Tax Alphas, a leader in tax preparation services. Before devoting her work full time to TaxAlphas, Jagninet worked in the healthcare industry helping elderly patients carry on in life. She took her passion of helping others to the finance field where she noticed there was a lack of independent tax preparers, as most worked under large firms where they would get lost as just another employee.
